Aches and Pains Tincture, herbal

from $16.00
(1 oz, 2 oz & 4 oz)
Aches and Pains Tincture, organic or ethically wildcrafted herbs

Inflammation is the body’s natural response to protect and heal itself. When a cut on our finger heals, or we fight off a virus, that is normal inflammation naturally healing our body, and it only lasts for a short while.

We can use nature’s bounty of herbs and different supplements to help the body heal from this short-term type of inflammation, and other mild inflammation like achy joints and sore areas on our bodies. Use the Aches and Pains Tincture to help. The Aches and Pains Tincture can often help immediately, but works optimally if taken over time, and sometimes only when taken over time. Combine with Aches and Pains Tea and Salve for optimal benefits. (Tea and salve coming soon!)

Another option that I use for clients quite often is taking turmeric. Copy and paste this link to read my blog post about this option: https://loriroop.com/loris-special-turmeric-concoction/

If the Aches and Pains Tincture, Tea and/or salve doesn't not work to reduce your inflammation, you will need to take additional steps to try and find the root cause of the issue and address that from there.

Chronic inflammation is when something goes wrong, and the normal inflammation process cannot finish healing the body. Thus, leading to chronic pain, aka painful, achier joints and more painful sore areas on the body and more.
If herbal remedies like the “Aches and Pains Tea, Tincture and Salve” aren’t enough to reduce your chronic inflammation pain, then you may need to address additional issues that could be causing or contributing to your chronic inflammation pain. Here's some of the additional issues you may need to address. Some people can address these by themselves, and many others need to work with a qualified practitioner to address these types of issues. I'll list how to become a client with me below, in case you find that you need additional support in working with more serious cases of chronic inflammation.

These are some additional factors that may be causing your inflammation:
1) Incomplete Diet: The body can’t heal if there is a lack of nutrients that are needed to complete the heal-and-repair process of natural, short-term inflammation. It is important to eat healthy foods that contain the necessary nutrients to optimally nourish and heal your body, like critical antioxidants and healthy fats and oils.
2) Chronic Tissue Irritation: Exposure to environmental toxins and chemicals — such as toxic cleaning supplies and mold in a water-damaged building — and even eating foods that you are sensitive to will continually irritate body tissue, which will prevent inflammation from healing.
3) Stress: Constantly being on-the-go without adequate rest and play creates stress that continues the inflammation process. Not getting enough sleep, consuming too much caffeine and/or sugar, and low-grade, unaddressed, chronic viral and bacterial infections all contribute to raising our stress and inflammation levels.
4) Inability to Detoxify: Improving lymphatic drainage is the key to improving chronic inflammation. Other necessary functions include daily bowel movements, routine exercise, and regular sweating.

You can also sign up with me for a FREE 15 minute appointment to see if working with me would be a good fit for you. I can't give you personal health advice on this call due to me not have a health history intake from you, but it is a great place to start. +++++INFORMATION ABOUT MY TINCTURES+++++
I'm so excited to now offer tinctures, syrups, elixirs, vinegars and more remedies on my Etsy site! And I'm offering these items for a great deal less than others are selling these items. Why? For a few reasons.

One, because many of these tinctures and remedies have been created through the many classes I teach. I have to mix up the formula BEFORE the class, then we create the formula again IN class, and every time, I have quite a bit of the finished formula left over. Which I have used these additional remedies in my own home medicine cabinet for years, but now I just have TOO much plant medicine for my family to use alone. So I offer these remedies to you at this superb discount so that you too can use herbal remedies in a cost effective manner. I'm well-trained (and teach many classes) on the proper weight to volume tincture creation for each herb, and I research Moore, Tilgner, Buhner, Easley, Cech and others to decide which percentage of alcohol is best for each herb. My herbs almost exclusively organic and the few I can't get organically, are wildcrafted. The herbs are also continually rotated through, so I never have old, useless herbs being used as medicine.

Another reason is that I want to carry a few tinctures and remedies that I use quite often with my own clients. So some medicines I want to be cost effectively available for my clientele.

And lastly, in addition to tinctures and remedies from my classes and for clients, I also grow what is getting to be a large herb garden at my home. I mostly grow herbs for my herbal products to be infused in oils, but some herbs I just grow because I am fascinated with them, or I want to see all the stages of growth from the beginning to end of a particular herb. And often once I harvest these herbs, I'll put them directly into alcohol to make a tincture. And it usually makes a LOT! A perfect example of this is my elecampane tincture. I watched and watered and grew this plant for two beautiful years, so I could harvest the 2nd year root. It was a fascinating experience as I watched this plant grow more than 7 feet tall, gorgeous yellow flowers blooming and when I dug up the root, which took help from my husband and kids, there was SO MUCH root. So I put it all in alcohol and now have the most incredible brownish rose colored tincture to sell here on Etsy. So much love goes into these tinctures and remedies - but take advantage of these medicines now! As the tinctures with my handwritten ingredients on them, likely won't be replenished. Once I sell out, I likely won't make more. Green Blessings to you and hope you enjoy the magick of herbal medicine!
