Jasmine, 3 types, 1/2 ounce, moonlight, blossom, sultry

$15.00
(1/2 ounce)

I adore the scent of jasmine, and have for many, many years. However, I am fully aware now that the jasmine I used to love was synthetic. Real jasmine essential oil, (and more technically is called an absolute) is expensive and you must have a solid supplier that is knowledgeable, educated and savvy in the aromatherapy world to make sure they are procuring real jasmine oil and not something synthetic or adulterated. Once you try the real jasmine aka "The king of flowers", you'll never want anything less again.
Which is why it brings me great pleasure to offer on my Etsy site my new jasmine aroma oils! Not only do I make sure I purchase these from a knowledgeable and trusted expert that cultivates trusting relationships with small batch distillers, but I'm also offering THREE different jasmine oils - well, because, I LOVE all three for different occasions!

Moonlight jasmine:
One of the types available is for Jasmine Sambac, also known as Arabian Jasmine, is also the type of jasmine used to scent Jasmine Green Tea, and I've named my Jasmine sambac, "Moonlight Jasmine". I love the suitability of the name Moonlight Jasmine, as this jasmine only blooms during the night - in the light of the moon, as opposed to Jasmine grandiflora, whose flowers bloom in the early dawn. All jasmine's are known for their aphrodisiac properties, but my Jasmine sambac has a heavier, richer, headier, and greener scent. It's a more energizing, sharper and complex scent than grandiflora. Moonlight Jasmine seems to harness the wisdom and mystery of the moonlight (Clark), and transforming it into wafts of honey, citrus and herbaceousness. Sometimes I choose which jasmine to wear simply based on my moods - which works as they are all so unique.

Sultry Jasmine: UPDATE: The source for my Jasmine Auriculatum does not carry this oil anymore, so will not be available through me either for now.
Another type available is for Jasmine Auriculatum, a rare type of jasmine, and simply a very special jasmine. I feel so lucky and happy to have this type of jasmine available. This scent is very complex and reminiscent of darkness. It is bold and spicy, and I've never smelled anything quite like this. It's green and grassy, yet none of the citrus and honey like in the sambac. It's rich with a depth to it, and almost like you can't decide if that's erotica or something else intense and enticing. But most certainly sultry.

Jasmine Blossom:
This particular jasmine is "Jasminum grandiflora", sometimes known as Spanish Jasmine and sometimes commonly known as Poet's Jasmine and I've named my Jasmine grandiflora "Jasmine blossom". All jasmine scents are known for their aphrodisiac properties, but my Jasmine grandiflora is soft, sweet, more feminine and more floral. It's a sensual, soothing, calming oil with an extremely intense sweet and and floral-fruity scent. It's so interesting as Jasmine grandiflora blooms in the early dawn, as opposed to the Jasmine sambac (my sambac is named "moonlight jasmine"), that blooms at night. Jasmine blossom seems softer but with a touch of an exotic, lingering and opulent scent. I hope you enjoy as much as I have!

These jasmine scents will only be available as long as I have a trusted source. If you love them, I suggest ordering extra, as I can't guarantee how long these oils will be listed on my Etsy site:)

Note: the dram oil may come in a tiny bottle with a cork top. The 1/2 ounce bottle comes in a 1/2 ounce tincture bottle with a dropper.

+++++TESTIMONIALS++++++
"I'm in love with Lori's jasmine perfume oils! Each one def smells like jasmine but has it's own distinctive scent. I bought all 3 scents to create a kind of jasmine perfume flight :) To me, moonlight jasmine evokes dusk in a tropical forest on a balmy summer evening, when the perfume of day flowers begins to settle and the scent of evening blooms arise. Unlike synthetic jasmine that's used in most products these days, I love that this is the real deal. It's scent evolves and unfolds over time, which makes it fun to wear. It's also not overwhelming, which I appreciate as someone with chemical/perfume sensitivities. I gave up wearing perfume a long time ago, and love that I can wear these perfume oils without any issues."

+++++ ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS AND WHAT WE DON'T USE +++++
At Vital Roots, we believe that "all natural" means that every single, last ingredient is natural. Not that the main ingredient is natural and that's enough. Or even that almost all ingredients are natural, besides the fragrance oil and synthetic preservatives. At Vital Roots we use only natural ingredients and that includes our natural preservatives. We are....
*paraben-free *phthalate-free
* sulfate/sls-free *phenoxyethanol-free
* caprlyl glycol (Optiphen)-free * synthetic color-free
*corn, cottonseed, canola and soybean oil-free * Alert: while we purposely choose to never use a carrier of soybean oil, we do use a soy-derived Vit E. This type of Vit E has the highest antioxidant power and is most commonly used in bodycare products. While most people with a soy sensitivity will not react to this minute amount and preparation of soy, we want to make it clear for those who have a much more serious reaction to any soy * petroleum-free
*Never any mineral oil, no solvent-extracted carrier oils, no Tetra-sodium EDTA, no polysorbate 20 or 80.
* And no fragrance oils. The term "fragrance" can have up to 4,000 separate chemicals, which the FDA does not require the manufacturer to list. Many of these chemicals are carcinogenic, toxic, or hormone disruptors.
